YMCA Camp E.L.K. and YMCA Camp Coulter Pines strive to hire the best staff possible. We recruit regionally, nationally, and internationally to create a diverse staff. We believe working and living alongside people from a range of backgrounds creates a richer camp experience for both staff and campers.

We welcome applicants with specific skills in our program areas to apply for summer employment. However, we encourage anyone interested in youth programming to apply, regardless of your program skills. We are primarily interested in building a staff of people who have a commitment to children and creating engaging, memorable camp experiences for young people.

YMCA Camp E.L.K. and YMCA Camp Coulter Pines are ACA accredited (For information on the American Camping Association, please click on the link on the bottom of the page).

For the upcoming summer, we are recruiting for the following areas

Programming:

Archery
Lifeguards for pool & lake
Low ropes
Climbing wall
Arts & crafts
Nature
Target sports

Camp Support :

Maintenance
Kitchen
Van Driver

Administration:

Summer Assistant Program Director

Food and lodging are included for all positions.
