Group Fitness Classes

Spring 2012 Group Fitness Schedule

(All classes free with YMCA membership)

Pilates: A body-conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.

Tuesday, Thursday: 5:30-6:30 pm

Pump It Up: Strengthen your body's muscular power with resistance, weight training, and cardio.

Tuesday: 6:30-7:30 pm

Water Aerobics: Increases functional movement by decreasing gravitational force on joints.

Mon, Wed, & Fri: 7:00-8:00 am, 8:00-9:00 am, 9:00-10:00 am, 10:00-11:00

Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00-9:00 am & 6:30-7:30 pm;

Saturday: 8:00-9:00 am

Weight Management: A program which promotes and teaches healthy eating and healthy living.  

Monday 6:00-7:30 pm & Wednesday 9:00-10:30 am

Zumba: Drop the workout and join the party! Blending Latin dance rhythms with cardio moves, Zumba makes fitness fun.

Saturday: 9:30-10:30 am

Zumba Puente Hills Location: Mon & Wed 7:00-8:00PM $3.00 Fee

Childwatch services available Saturday: 9:00-11:00 am

Coming Soon: The YMCA is looking to add more Zumba classes and yoga.

*We are looking for feedback from members on other fitness classes members would like to see at the Y.
